Former “Celebrity Big Brother” Star Courtney Stodden Marries Jared Safier: 'I Want to Be a Good Wife'

Courtney Stodden is married!
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 30, shared a photo from her nuptials to TV producer Jared Safier, 41, on Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
In the photo Stodden can been seen in a white dress and veil holding a bouquet of red roses as she kisses Safier who wore a black suit with matching boutonniere.
The couple exchanged "I dos" just six months after Jared popped the question with a 5-carat, radiant-cut VVS diamond ring at Beverly Hills' five-star Beverly Wilshire Hotel on June 11, the same day as their first kiss a year prior. At the time, Stodden opened up to PEOPLE about their engagement bliss.
"My friend asked me 'Is there anything in particular that attracted you to him?' I said 'Have you seen him?' " Stodden told PEOPLE.

The model also mentioned that they were about to begin filming for In the Red, a movie that Safier is directing.
"I can tell he wants to bring out the best in me," Stodden said. "That's what I love. He believes in me. He is a four-time Emmy-winning producer and director. I adore his creative mind."
Because the movie is set in Italy, the couple told PEOPLE at the time of their engagement that they planned on honeymooning there.
"I want to be a good wife," Stodden added before saying, "I am very hopeful for my happy ending."

Just over a week before their wedding, the pair posted pictures on Instagram of a painting date they had together and their "mini stay-cation" at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, which included a rooftop dinner in the moonlight.
This marks the second marriage for Stodden, who previously tied the knot with actor Doug Hutchison in 2011 at 16 years old. The former couple divorced in 2020.
