Tom Holland only sees the upside in working with a romantic partner.

The actor, 28, shared his take on the positives of acting alongside girlfriend Zendaya, also 28, when he appeared on the Dec. 18 episode of the Dish podcast.

"Studios love it — one hotel room!" he joked when co-host Nick Grimshaw noted that Zendaya has said she enjoys keeping on the same schedule as Holland. "Separate drivers," Holland added. "We're not crazy. It's work, alright?"

He added of having Zendaya by his side on sets, "Oh God, yeah. It's a saving grace. Best thing that's ever happened to me."

Holland and Zendaya confirmed their relationship in 2021, years after they began starring in the Spider-Man movies. Holland revealed that another sequel will begin filming in summer 2025 during an Oct. 22 appearance on The Tonight Show. (The movie is expected to hit theaters in July 2026.)

The actor additionally expanded on how he and Zendaya have navigated fame and celebrity throughout their relationship during the Dish podcast conversation, noting that their bond "is in the spirit of being able to relate with one another on something that is very, very unique."

"But at the end of the day, it's no hardship. When people are recognizing you because they enjoy your work, it's a pretty wonderful thing."
