India Top Wicket-Taker – Varun Chakravarthy @ 27/10 The mystery spin of India’s Varun Chakravarthy caused England all sorts of problems in the first match and the tourists will have been looking at his deliveries in the last couple of days. The 33-year-old has played 14 international T20 matches, but Wednesday was the first time he had come up against England. Chakravarthy ended the game with three wickets, taking the scalps of Buttler, Harry Brook and Liam Livingstone, as he finished with figures of 3-23 from his four overs. The England batters struggled to work out the difference between his googlies and his leg breaks and they would have been assessing just what went wrong. Chakravarthy has taken multiple wickets in each of his last five T20 internationals, with 22 in 14 matches to date.
