Michael Olise leaves football fans in stitches during Bayern Munich Christmas singalong

‘Tis the season to be jolly, but perhaps not if your name is Michael Olise. The Bayern Munich winger is known for his reserved personality, and this certainly seemed to be the case as he appeared reluctant to spread some festive cheer in a hilarious video. Michael Olise has hit the ground running in Bavaria since his summer arrivalGetty In a clip recently shared on the German giants’ social media platforms on Monday, the Bayern squad can be seen delivering their own rendition of ‘Jingle Bells’. With some players kitted out in Christmas jumpers and donning Santa hats, there is plenty of seasonal joy on show. As the festive tune begins to play on a piano, many of the football stars quickly get into the spirit of things and deliver a choir-like performance of the melody. Footage shows England captain Harry Kane grinning as he sings along, while club legend Thomas Muller enthusiastically claps and dances. But not everyone in the squad appeared to be enjoying the festivities quite as much. Stood at the end of the row, Olise remains tight-lipped as his colleagues sing, appearing uncomfortable at the recital. And the 23-year-old’s reluctance to join in certainly left some fans entertained, who took to social media to share their amusement. One said: “Bro did NOT wanna be involved.” Another wrote in the comments section: “Olise just wanted to get home immediately.” A third joked: “You want me to sing? That’s not in my contract.” Credit: X: @TomDuttyOlise looked bewildered as his teammates belted out a festive tune[/caption] Credit: Instagram: @FCBayernStars including Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala and Thomas Muller were only too happy to sing along[/caption] Plenty of fans will not have been surprised by Olise’s apparent lack of enthusiasm here. The former Crystal Palace star has previously shown himself to be man of few words, often appearing uncomfortable in interviews and preferring to give one-word answers to questions. Despite not being a keen singer however, it appears that even Olise couldn’t help but enjoy some of the seasonal show. A closer look at footage from Bayern’s Christmas singalong shows the France international smirking as forward Mathys Tel pulls on a Santa hat next to him On another occasion, he can be spotted laughing as his international teammate Kingsley Coman shares a joke with him and Tel.
