Jason Kelce doesn't think he will be expanding his family any further.
The retired NFL player, 37, appeared on the Feb. 21 episode of The Steam Room podcast, where he said that he and wife Kylie Kelce have talked about him getting a vasectomy as they prepare to welcome their fourth baby.
When asked if he plans to keep having children until he has a boy, Jason replied, “I mean, listen, that's not up to me, that's not my decision … but I think Kylie is about coming to the end of wanting to pop these things.”
He then explained that Kylie’s pregnancy this time around “has been a long one for her” and that the pair have discussed what they call the “V-word" — a vasectomy.
“We'll see. This one might be it," Jason said, adding, "We've talked about the V-word, we brought it up. I don't know if it's going to happen or not, but we'll see."
"I don’t think it’s necessarily if we want to have a boy because, at the end of the day, we’re not shooting with good percentages. We’ve got to give up on that idea," he continued.
Jason and Kylie, 32, announced they are expecting their fourth child, a baby girl, in November 2024. The pair is already parents to three daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, who turns 2 on Feb. 23.

Jason’s candid response about expanding his family comes after Kylie recently spoke about fans being desperate for the pair to welcome a boy together while appearing on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast.
In the Feb. 11 episode, Kylie shared that the “craziest rumor” she’d heard lately about herself is that she and her husband “tried for a boy.”

Kylie did admit to her feelings of initially hoping to have a boy, as she said, "There was this moment when we found out we were having our fourth girl where I was like, 'We’ve always said we wanted four kids, maybe I won’t get to meet a little Jason,’ which was a little bit weird.”

Still, she added, “Four girls is better than four boys. When I meet boy moms, I’m like, ‘God bless you.’ Even my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law has told me horror stories."
