Dolores Catania Is Mad At Her 'RHONJ' Co-Stars For This Reason
Dolores Catania blames her costars from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" for the reality show not returning in 2025.
Dolores Catania is blaming her co-stars for something she's really upset about.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is tossing the blame for the show not returning for season 15 in 2025 onto her co-stars. The reunion show was canceled by production after a tumultuous season 14, and the executive producer of the franchise, Andy Cohen, says that he is in no rush to decide the fate of the "RHONJ" franchise.
After the entire cast for "The Real Housewives of New York" was changed in 2023, many fear that the same is in store for Dolores Catania and the "RHONJ" cast due to their fighting.
Dolores Catania Blames Her 'RHONJ' Co-Stars
According to PEOPLE, Catania blames the show's cast for Bravo deciding not to move forward with season 15 in 2025. The cast of the show, which includes original cast member Teresa Giudice, as well as her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, was essentially divided into two groups during season 14 after the two women refused to film together due to their long-standing feud.
Bravo canceled the reunion show and instead filmed the women in separate groups watching the final episode called, "The Last Supper."
“We didn't film last season, so we're not coming back… we're not going to be airing in January or February,” said Catania. “Of course, I’d look forward to seeing my cast come back on the screen or even come back to film, but they made a mess. I’m a little mad that everybody couldn’t get it together. I really am.”
Teresa Giudice Had Choice Words For Her Sister-In-Law
Giudice was known to flip a table or two during her time on "RHONJ," and she often had choice words for her sister-in-law, Gorga.
Giudice was upset when Gorga and her brother joined the cast in season 2, and she was at the center of several arguments that played out on the reality show.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Giudice yelled, "whore, whore, whore, whore" at Gorga during "The Last Supper." She'd also accused Gorga in the past of being a stripper and of cheating on her husband.

Catania tried to stop Gorga and Giudice from fighting, but her efforts were for naught. The 53-year-old said that she asked for tips from a therapist before the "RHONJ" finale, but nothing she did helped the women get along.
“On my way to that finale, I spoke to a therapist and asked her for some tips on going in and speaking to the women," she recalled. "I wrote it down in the car ride on the way there. And no matter what I did on and off camera, nothing helped. You could see I was defeated. I sat there and I knew you wouldn’t be seeing us for a while, I saw it coming.”
“We f—ing lost something along the way,” she said. “I'm looking at Salt Lake City and I'm looking at Beverly Hills and they fight, but they don't go for the jugular. They're not hitting below the belt. They agree to disagree and move on.”
Andy Cohen Hints At A New Cast For 'RHONJ'
Cohen hinted that the entire cast of "RHONJ" may be replaced, much like the cast of "RHONY" in 2023.
A reboot of the show was announced in 2022 and includes a much younger cast.
"We are taking our time. We are in no rush. We’re really gratified with what’s on the slate for next year,” he said of "RHONJ," according to Deadline.
Cohen also noted that the show could have “all fresh faces."
"We are going to reimagine the show in some way,” he added. However, Cohen also reiterated that no decisions have been made yet regarding the New Jersey franchise.
Dolores Compared 'The Last Supper' To Death
Catania said that the group of women on "RHONJ" were "no longer a family" and compared the ending to death.
"This group is no longer a family. How did it all come to this? People just don’t know how to stop hating," she said. "It just built up, and everybody cuts so deep. It’s so… it’s toxic. I look at this sit-down like a death."
However, Catania also said that she can't imagine a new cast on "RHONJ."
“I feel like we’re an ensemble and I can’t see anyone else but the people that I was with," she said. "It’s like a family. Can you see yourself with other people in your family?”
