The Yellow Clay, Good Land, Waterford Whispers, Ile Atlantique, Irish National winner Intense Raffles, and Champion Bumper winner Jasmin De Vaux all appear at Navan today. I will be monitoring the fallout from Navan closely, but I will concentrate on the Tingle Creek card at Sandown here. Harry Fry has not had any runners in the past two weeks, so it is hard to gauge what kind of form his stable is in. But if Altobelli is ready after a summer of strengthening, there is every reason to believe that he can get back to winning ways today on what looks like a very workable mark. QUILIXIOS, the former Triumph Hurdle winner, put in a career-best front-running performance when seeing off Marine Nationale by over seven lengths at Naas. He will set out in front, and if he can get into his normal jumping rhythm, he can get these on the stretch a long way out. If Jonbon is not at his best today, Quilixios will be in a prime position to take full advantage. With the eight declared runners, Quilixios is an each-way bet to nothing here.
