Some Berlin police reportedly did not know their colleague who they voted for was born a man
A transgender police officer, accused of sexually assaulting two colleagues, has been elected as a representative for women on Berlin's security force. Some personnel who voted for Judy S., 27, to become their second deputy women’s representative, have reportedly regretted their vote, however, after Judy was ‘outed’ as transgender.
“It would’ve been fair if she was open about it,” one of the officers, who wished to remain anonymous, told the tabloid Bild. “How am I supposed to talk to a woman who was born a man about my menstrual cramps or my menopause issues? She just can’t understand it.”
Judy was ‘outed’ as transgender earlier this month, having been suspended over allegations of drugging and assaulting two male colleagues.
The three police officers apparently met at Berlin’s KitKat club, an establishment known for sex parties. Believing Judy was a biological woman, they accepted the invitation to their colleague’s apartment for a threesome. Once there, however, they claim to have been drugged and physically abused.

The two officers, who were not identified, reported “serious injuries” to their genitals and other body parts due to Judy’s alleged use of a penis pump and “other things.”
A search of Judy’s apartment on November 11 turned up “an illegal substance,” later identified as cocaine. According to the police report seen by Bild, the two victims denied having taken cocaine, but said they became “very intoxicated” and “unable to act” before they were assaulted.
Berlin police have declined to comment on the case, citing an ongoing investigation and privacy protection laws.
