Tom Brady is reportedly considering selling his waterfront estate on Florida's Indian Creek Island, which could break Miami's real estate records.

Brady is exploring the possibility of selling his waterfront estate located on Florida's highly exclusive Indian Creek Island, where real estate values have surged since Amazon founder Jeff Bezos became a resident.

According to Bloomberg, sources revealed that the newly completed mansion is being privately shown to a select group of potential buyers, and offers have already exceeded $150 million.

If finalized at that price, it would set a new record for Miami home sales, overtaking the $107 million purchase of a Coconut Grove estate by Ken Griffin in 2022.

Brady's property spans two acres and includes a custom-built two-story waterfront residence and a separate gym and cabana.

The estate, which he purchased for $17 million in 2020 with his then-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, has yet to be officially listed.

Discussions are reportedly ongoing, and whether the deal will proceed remains uncertain.

Meanwhile, Brady's future plans for permanent residence remain uncertain, though the former NFL star has previously expressed an interest in returning to the West Coast, where he grew up.

According to the New York Post, the seven-time Super Bowl champion is renovating a 14,000-square-foot estate in Brentwood, California.

After retiring from the NFL, Brady relocated to South Florida and set up office space for his family business in Bay Harbor, just a short drive from Indian Creek.

The 47-year-old completely scrapped the original floor plans of his Indian Creek Island mansion, which he once shared with his ex-wife Bündchen, and designed a layout to suit his vision.

Property records show that the newly completed home includes a "new two-story single single-family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, sport court, emergency, landscaping, septic system."

Tom Brady Makes Spot-On Analysis During Commanders' Win Over Lions

Brady, now in his first full season as a FOX Sports broadcaster, earned praise on Saturday for his sharp analysis during a pivotal moment in the Washington Commanders' NFC divisional round win over the Detroit Lions.

With just under 14:30 left in the game and the Commanders leading by three points, they opted to go for it on 4th-and-2 at the Lions' 5-yard line. A defensive stop by the Lions could have given them plenty of time to either tie the game or take the lead.

As the Commanders broke their huddle, Brady immediately noticed an issue with the Lions' defense.

"Need a timeout, 12 on the field, timeout. Timeout! Timeout! Nope. Nope. Oh no! What are they doing?" Brady exclaimed, per Fox News.

The Lions were flagged for having 12 players on the field, a costly mistake that handed Washington a fresh set of downs. Two plays later, Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. scored a touchdown, extending Washington's lead to 38-28. They went on to win 45-28.
