Ray J Claims Celebrities Told Him They've Paid Off Diddy's Alleged Victims To Stay Quiet
Ray J claims celebrities who are linked to the investigations into Sean "Diddy" Comb are paying off alleged victims to keep them quiet.
Ray J has come forward with explosive claims, saying several celebrities who are linked to the investigations into Sean "Diddy" Combs have told him they have been paying off the alleged victims to keep them quiet.
Texas-based lawyer Anthony Buzbee previously alluded to Ray J's claims after sharing that some of Diddy's A-list friends were already "scrubbing" their social media accounts.
The lawyer said the rapper's celebrity friends were "distancing themselves" from any questionable posts that may link them to Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged crimes.
Ray J Says Celebs Are Paying Off Diddy's Alleged Victims
It appears that several of Diddy's Hollywood bigshot friends would rather part with some cash than be embroiled in a legal battle as a result of what went down in his now-infamous "freak offs."
In a new appearance on TMZ's new TUBI documentary, "The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs," Ray J, born William Ray Norwood Jr., disclosed that multiple celebrities have contacted him over fears of their affiliation with the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper and have resorted to paying the alleged victims in a bid to silence them.
As he recounted details of why they've contacted him, Ray J seemed nervous and, at some point, went quiet, feeling he'd already said too much.
In the documentary, Anthony Buzbee, who said he's representing over 100 of those alleged victims, also appeared to reveal he has sent a demand letter out to several celebrities with a request, asking them to pay up or be sued.
Past reports claimed authorities seized videos Diddy recorded at some of the "freak offs," which also captured several high-profile people on them.
Tony Buzbee Says Diddy's Friends Are 'Scrubbing' Their Social Media
Texas lawyer Buzbee previously disclosed that some A-list stars who knew about the Bad Boy Records founder's "freak offs" and partook in a few had already started deleting incriminating social media posts on their accounts.
In a chat with Law & Crime Network, Buzbee said that he had "no doubt" that a number of Diddy's celebrity associates were "scrubbing their social media" to "distance themselves" from him and his case.
"I have no doubt that there are people right now who know that they were somehow involved in this – who are now scrubbing their social media, who are searching their memories, who are deleting their texts, probably deleting pictures and trying to distance themselves from this," Buzbee said.
"And we know who they are, or we will find out who they are," he added. "This is not something that's going to happen overnight, but I think we're at the tip of the iceberg here."
Buzbee and Ray J's claims are very similar as the lawyer earlier shared that some celebrities have opted to settle out of court by paying off victims not to spill the beans.
"In every single case, especially cases like this … because it's in the best interests of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we've done that already with a handful of individuals, many of which you've heard of before," Buzbee said, per TMZ.
Ray J Had A Standoff With Diddy's Kids
Meanwhile, Ray J seems to be in a bad place with Diddy's children over his comments on the embattled rapper's legal woes.
According to TMZ, the "One Wish" singer and Diddy's sons, Christian, Quincy, and Justin, got into a heated argument when they all turned up for influencer Tara Electra's Unruly Agency Halloween bash in Los Angeles last month.
Ray J was reportedly making his way to the parking lot in the company of his team, Amber Rose, and manager David Weintraub when Diddy's three sons confronted him because they were angry at some of the public comments he had made concerning their father amid his sex crime charges.
The news outlet reported that the standoff got so heated that the four of them were chest-bumped already, but it was seemingly deescalated by Chris Brown, who was watching from his car.
Sources shared that Ray J still considers Diddy and his children "family," so he refused to let himself get in a fight with his "little kids."
The Rapper's 'Freakoff' Guest Hints That Minors Were Present At His Parties
A woman who claims to have attended what she believes was Diddy's "freak off" says minors were present there surrounded by adults, per TMZ.
The woman, identified as Tanea Wallace, said she was invited to the party by a Saudi prince who flew her from L.A. to Miami.
"I was at one of, I believe to be, one of P. Diddy's 'Freak-Offs.' 2018 I went to this 'Freak-Off,'" Wallace said, per Page Six. "I look to the right of me, and in the corner, I'm looking like, 'Are those midgets?' Because people were over them … it's people trying to hide what they're doing. They're all huddled up."
Wallace went on to say that when she looked more closely, she realized they weren't "midgets" but something else entirely.
She added, "So I'm like, 'What is that?' But no, they weren't [midgets]. They were little people … I don't want to say too much. They were little people. So, use your common sense."
The 'Little People' Were Dressed Like 'Harajuku Barbies'
What was particularly alarming to Wallace was seeing "little people" dressed up like "Harajuku Barbies."
She hinted that they were minors surrounded by a wall of adults. However, while she didn't see what the adults and minors were doing, she was very disturbed.
Diddy's attorneys have since denied Wallace's story, saying she has no "credibility" and that her claims are "false."
"Ms. Tanea Wallace has no credibility, and her claims about 'freak offs' and minors are completely and categorically false," they told the news outlet. "As we've said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous."
They added, "Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that the accusations against Mr. Combs are pure fiction."
