Seeking a memento, he asked: “I know I’m a nobody, but if I could get that jersey after?” “Hey, you’re in this league,” was Garrett’s classy reply. “Y’all winning games, y’all looking great, you ain’t never a nobody.” Rosengarten ended up with a jersey and a life lesson from an NFL great.
