Mauricio Umansky is spending the holiday season with a new lady by his side.
On Wednesday, Dec. 18, the Buying Beverly Hills star, 54, was spotted in Aspen, Colo., on a sushi date with 33-year-old model Klaudia K, The two were seen smiling as they headed to a snow polo match.
The outing came a day after they were photographed laughing as they held each other's arms while out on a dinner date and were spotted shopping at Kemo Sabe, a celeb-favorite Western apparel store, according to TMZ.
Klaudia is signed with One Management and is also an artist.

For their latest outing, Umansky wore a printed jacket, black brimmed hat, dark-washed jeans, and black boots. Klaudia wore a black shirt under an orange puffer jacket, jeans, and black boots.
Umansky's outing with Klaudia comes five months after he was spotted passionately kissing another woman at the airport in Mykonos, Greece in July. A month later, the two would take a trip to the One&Only Mandarina resort in Mexico, per photos obtained by TMZ.

PEOPLE confirmed that the Agency founder separated from his wife of 27 years, Kyle Richards, in July 2023.
At the time, a source close to the pair told PEOPLE that, "Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family." Richards later confirmed that he moved out of their shared home in May 2024.

The former couple share three daughters: Alexia, 28, Sophia, 24 and Portia, 16. Richards is also mom to daughter Farrah Brittany, 36, from her first marriage to ex Guraish Aldjufrie.
As for when they'll get divorced, Richards admitted on the Dec. 17 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that it is "not something that we have talked about yet."
