Across those matches, the teenager has scored twice and provided two assists for his teammates. The youngster appeared on the right side of midfield in Amorim’s preferred 3-4-3 formation. He played the full 90 minutes in the outgoing boss’ final match in charge on Sunday. Sporting came back from 2-0 down to beat Braga 4-2 away from home, maintaining their 100 per cent league record this term. Meanwhile, Quenda has been capped by Portugal at under-17 and under-21 level. He was also called up to the senior squad in September, appearing on the bench against Scotland in the Nations League.
