However, an insider told Entertainment Tonight that the "Rap Devil" crooner is "still doing the best he can" to win her over.
The source explained that the "Subservience" actress "doesn't like that she's been pulled back into relationship drama" amid her pregnancy for her Fourth child and her first with Kelly.
The source added that the pair are "trying to figure out what their next step should be as a couple and co-parents."
The Ex-Couple's Relationship Has Faced Various Challenges
Fox and Kelly's relationship has been on and off for most of their 4-year romance.
She had previously broken up with him around February 2023, calling off their engagement about three years after they first started dating in 2020.
They appeared to have amended things at some point in 2023, and that November, she revealed that she had experienced a pregnancy loss during their relationship.
Machine Gun Kelly's Ex Reveals Shock Sex Act He Partook In
It remains to be seen if Fox and Kelly will be able to work out their differences this time, especially in light of the shocking sex act Kelly allegedly partook in.
Kelly's ex, Amia Miley, alleged that he drank her urine during an intimate session when they dated eight years ago.
According to the Daily Mail, Miley made the disturbing claims during an appearance on the "Inside Only Fans podcast," explaining that the 34-year-old music artist would be "perfect for Only Fans if he [weren't] so emotionally unstable."
In another part of the chat, she said, "I mean, he drank my pee. I don't know what we were doing, but we got to his house and he was like, 'Go in the shower.' And I'm like, 'No, I don't need a shower.'"
She continued, "So I did and he held out his hand and he's like 'OK, now pee.' Then he started going like this into his mouth."
Miley claimed he "never did it again after that one day" because her urine "probably tasted gross."
Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly's Breakup Is 'Final'
Kelly's quest to win Fox back would definitely not come easy after sources told the Daily Mail that the "Jennifer's Body" actress was "done with his behavior and the way that he treated her" and has now turned her attention to welcoming their unborn baby.
The source also added that their split is permanent as Kelly thought her pregnancy would make her "stay with him no matter what, but that isn't the case," coupled with the fact that her friends support her decision.
"She's left him before, but this time seems final. Her friends support her wholeheartedly and over the past few years they have grown to really dislike him," the insider shared. "Her friends were worried this was going to happen."
However, another source told Us Weekly that, due to the on-off nature of their romance over the years, they may come back together at some point in the future.
Fox Turns To Unlikely Individual For Support
In the midst of her relationship troubles, reports suggested that Fox had turned to an unlikely individual for emotional support in the person of her ex-husband Brian Austin Green's fiance.
Fox was said to be "distraught" and "blindsided" by Kelly's alleged infidelity but found solace in Green's fiancé Sharna Burgess, who's helping her go through it all.
An insider told the Daily Mail that Burgess is helping her navigate the "painful" split from the rapper and cares "deeply" about the "Transformers" actress.
"Brian and Sharna know what Megan has been through and is going through, and they both care about her deeply," the source shared. "She is the mother of Brian's kids, who are also Sharna's soon-to-be stepchildren."
"Sharna knows how difficult being pregnant can be and has been lending her support to Megan," they continued. "She genuinely cares and feels for her. Breakups alone are so painful, but breaking up while pregnant is even more so."
Fox is also the mother of Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with Green. On the other hand, Kelly has a daughter, Casie, with ex-Emma Cannon.
