Kim Kardashian Shares Motherhood Quote On Instagram Amid Kanye West Claims
According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Kim K and Ye agreed to share joint custody of their children, allowing for “equal access," however, reports have surfaced that the rapper is not very involved when it comes to being a dad.
“Although she has help, it’s still a lot of work for her to balance and coordinate everything,” a source close to Kim shared that her life is centered around the former couple’s children, adding she is “pretty much a single mom” since West is “sadly not around very much."

Kim Kardashian Once Said She Cries Herself To Sleep Due To Parenting Stress
In May 2023, Kim Kardashian opened up about the challenges of single motherhood on Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast, revealing that there are nights when she cries herself to sleep.
“Obviously, having nannies and a chef to help cook is beyond helpful … But at the end of the day, your kids only want you,” she said. “The struggles that my kids go through really have nothing to do with the amount of help that I have.”
“There are nights I cry myself to sleep. Like, holy sh-t, this f-cking tornado in my house. Like, what just happened?” the reality star added.
Despite the "chaos," Kim said being a mom is amazing. “Everyone says the days are long and the years are short, and that couldn’t be like a more true statement,” she said. “It is the most rewarding job in the entire world. It is. There is nothing that can prepare you. I don’t care how long you wait. I don’t care what you’re waiting for. You are never prepared.”

The divorce took almost two years to finalize.
Kanye West And Kim K Have Joint Custody Of Their Kids
In November 2022, the couple reached a settlement granting joint custody of their children—North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm—with “equal access” to both parents.
“Ultimately, what matters is that kids feel loved and heard,” Kim told GQ. “You want to be sensitive because they’re just kids, and it’s hard to go through no matter what age. You have to make sure that you only go to a level that they can understand. It’s okay to show a vulnerable side. You never go to a negative side.”
Kanye agreed to pay $200,000 monthly in child support and cover half of the children’s medical, educational, and security expenses.
