Jay-Z will show "zero loyalty" to Sean "Diddy" Combs amid ongoing rape allegations battle, according to reports.

The rap moguls are facing a lawsuit from a lady identified as Jane Doe, who accuses them of taking turns raping her at an afterparty when she was 13.

The case has continued to unfold with various motions, and reports now suggest that Jay-Z may use any tactics necessary to avoid jail time, including throwing Sean "Diddy" Combs "under the bus."

According to the Daily Mail, Jay-Z is reportedly prepared to do whatever it takes to defend himself from rape allegations filed against him, including cutting ties with fellow rap mogul Diddy, who is also named in the case.

A source told the news outlet that the Roc Nation founder has "zero loyalty" to Diddy and would not hesitate to throw him "under the bus" if it means clearing his name.

The insider further explained that Jay-Z had already shown his intentions by distancing himself from Diddy when the rapper was arrested on sex crime charges in September. They added that any legal action Jay-Z is currently taking is solely focused on protecting himself.

"The moment Diddy was arrested, Jay-Z scrubbed him from his existence. He is going after [lawyer Tony] Buzbee for himself and not for anyone else," the source said.

They added, "The only thing that he cares about is him never stepping foot inside a jail cell and his family being safe. Jay-Z is extremely powerful and will deploy any tactic necessary."

During a press briefing in New York, Jay-Z's attorney, Alex Spiro, was asked about the rapper's relationship with Diddy and whether he planned on speaking about it.

However, Spiro claimed that Jay-Z and Diddy do not share a strong relationship beyond working together and that the Tidal founder knows nothing about Diddy's legal battles.

"Mr. Carter has nothing to do with Mr. Combs's case or Mr. Combs," the lawyer said per CNN. "They knew each other professionally for a number of years. Just like in all professions, people know each other. At the music awards, they support each other."

"There is no closer association between any of them," Spiro added. "That's also a matter of fiction. That's all that there is. He doesn't know anything about the charges or allegations against [Combs]. He has nothing to do with that case."

Despite Jay-Z's plans, Diddy reportedly hopes his fellow music mogul wins the case.

According to an insider, the Bad Boy founder believes that Jay-Z's victory would not only help clear his name but could also set a precedent for the other sexual assault civil suits he is currently facing.

"Diddy does enjoy that Jay is fighting against the same person that is accusing him of doing any wrongdoing," the source shared. "Because if Jay succeeds, it will help Diddy tenfold."

They continued, "Diddy has a never-ending mountain to climb, but any small win can only lead to bigger wins. Diddy is very happy that he isn't fighting everything alone."

Jay-Z and his legal team have already capitalized on his accuser admitting to inconsistencies in her claims.

They filed a motion claiming that the rapper's accuser might destroy evidence in the case after she acknowledged making mistakes in her allegations, per Fox News Digital.

In the filing, they urged the court to compel Jane Doe and her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, to "preserve all evidence relevant to this case."

They also criticized the claims as "wholly unreliable" due to these inconsistencies from the anonymous accuser.

"The timeline, location, and occurrence of events alleged in Plaintiff's complaint are rendered impossible by these admissions," Jay-Z's lawyer, Spiro, penned in the documents.

He continued, "Taken together, the factual inconsistencies, timeline impossibilities, and the lack of corroborating evidence make Plaintiff's allegations … wholly unreliable."

As the case continues to unfold, Jay-Z's accuser's identity remains unknown, despite the rapper's best efforts to compel the court to end the anonymity.

The accuser filed the case anonymously through Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, which is permitted by law.

However, Jay-Z filed a motion to change the status quo, citing the significant damage the alleged victim's accusation caused his "impeccable reputation."

"Fair is fair," read the docs filed by the Roc Nation founder, per TMZ. "It is not consistent with justice, fairness, or the rules governing federal proceedings for the Plaintiff and her counsel to smear [Jay-Z] 's good name."

At the time, the rapper also claimed that he was named in the accuser's suit because he refused to be extorted.

"Make no mistake this case is about retaliating against the rare target who would not pay," the rapper's filing further read.
