Diddy's Birthday Meal In Jail Revealed As He Turns 55 Behind Bars Amid Sex Crime Charges
Sean "Diddy" Combs marks his 55th birthday today as he remains locked behind bars for his alleged sex crimes.
Sean "Diddy" Combs marks his 55th birthday today, Monday, November 4, in a setting far removed from the luxury of his usual celebrations as he remains locked behind bars for his alleged sex crimes.
The rapper's meal schedule for the day has emerged just weeks after his lawyer disclosed that the food in his jailhouse is the "roughest part" of his stay there.
Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers have also recently asked a judge to place a gag order on grand jury witnesses, particularly one man who has been giving interviews about the rapper's alleged sex tapes.
What Diddy Will Eat On His Birthday In Prison
The "Finna Get Loose" rapper turns 55 today but will likely have a rough time celebrating the milestone as he remains locked in the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, months after Homeland Security agents arrested him on September 16.
According to the New York Post, his birthday meal schedule has emerged, and it doesn't look anything like the expensive caviar or wine the embattled rapper would have enjoyed if he weren't in jail.
Diddy reportedly had light items for breakfast, like biscuits and gravy, oven-browned potatoes, bread, and oatmeal at 6 am.
His lunch, which will be served at 11 am, gets a bit better with cheese pizza, Italian pasta salad, and green beans on the menu.
The rapper's birthday dinner options are chicken or tofu fried rice with black beans and carrots, which takes place at 4 pm.
Diddy's Lawyer Complained That The Jail Food Is 'The Roughest Part' For The Rapper
Diddy's birthday meal schedule comes after his lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, complained about the food being the "roughest part" of his stay at the Brooklyn jail.
"I think the food's probably the roughest part of it," Agnifilo told the New York Post.
Diddy's team has filed for bail several times since the "I'll Be Missing You" rapper went in due to the alleged bad living conditions of the correctional facility.
However, his bail request has been denied several times as prosecutors argued that he posed a flight risk and could potentially coerce witnesses into doing his bidding.
Agnifilo also shared that Diddy insists he's innocent of all charges and plans to fight the case till the end, with no interesting in taking a plea deal.
The New York attorney also shared that Diddy strongly believes that this is a "racially motivated prosecution" and that he is being targeted because he is a "successful Black man."
Agnifilo added that the Hip Hop mogul plans to "fight this case not just for himself, but for others in a similar position," who are also facing government persecution.
Diddy's Team Seeks Gag Order Against Witnesses
Meanwhile, Diddy's lawyers have asked a judge to place a gag order that'll restrict statements made by potential witnesses and their lawyers outside of court, citing one Courtney Burgess, who has given multiple interviews in recent days.
TMZ reported that the rapper's legal team made the filing on Sunday, asserting that Burgess's allegedly false statements pose a significant threat to the embattled rapper's reputation and right to a fair trial.
They also claimed the government is helping to spread online conspiracies by not treating Burgess's claims as an "extortion scam."
Burgess told reporters that he has or has seen disturbing videos of Diddy "victimizing" at least eight of his celebrity friends, which the rapper's lawyers said were untrue and defamatory.
The Witness, Courtney Burgess, Claimed The Stars In The Alleged Sex Tapes Were Diddy's Victims
He claims the videos came from a flash drive owned by Diddy's ex, the late Kim Porter, who allegedly obtained the footage from hidden cameras in the rapper's home.
During an appearance on NewsNation's "Banfield," Burgess claimed the videos show at least two male stars who were "underage" at the time.
The witness added that "all" of the stars featured appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and may have been Diddy's victims, not perpetrators.
Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ that the subpoena from federal prosecutors asked Burgess to "turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy."
NDA To Partkake In Diddy's 'Freak Offs' Emerges
Meanwhile, a copy of a standard NDA Diddy uses to keep his alleged "Freak Offs" attendees in line has emerged.
The documents, which guests are usually required to sign before gaining entrance, prevent them from sharing information related to Diddy, his family members, current or former partners, spouses, and friends of business associates.
The NDA asks them not to photograph, film, or record, or have another person photograph, film, or record Diddy or anyone in his circle without his written consent. Attendees were also banned from posting photos on certain social media sites Diddy doesn't sign off on.
According to TMZ, the NDA lasts for the life of the artist plus 20 years after their death or a grand total of 70 years, whichever is longer.
