Diddy's federal indictment has been ramped up with new allegations ahead of his criminal trial in May.

The Bad Boy Records founder was arrested on September 16 and has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, all of which he denies.

However, on Thursday, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York submitted a court filing that accused him of "forced labor" and threatening his employee.

According to USA Today, court documents showed that Diddy and his conspirators "maintained control over certain employees of the Combs Business" and "forced" them to "work long hours with little sleep, through use of, among other things, physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm, and/or threats of the same."

The U.S. Attorney's office says the alleged actions "caused these employees to believe they would be harmed — including by losing their jobs — if they did not comply with his demands."

They referenced an allegation by one of Diddy's former employees, who told them the rapper "used physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm, and/or threats of the same to cause the employee to engage in sex acts with Combs."

Elsewhere in the indictment, the government maintained its initial position that Diddy turned his "multi-faceted business empire" into a "criminal enterprise" in which he and his associates engaged in kidnapping, arson, physical violence, sex trafficking, and forced labor, among other crimes.

The "Finna Get Loose" rapper has been locked behind bars at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and has been denied bail multiple times.

In January, a superseding indictment was filed where two new sex trafficking victims were listed, along with the previous victim from the initial September 2024 indictment.

Although no new charges were listed at that time, the indictment alleged that Diddy dangled a woman over an apartment balcony, as well as moved his racketeering charge backward from 2008 to 2004.

Diddy's lawyers, led by Marc Agnifilo, have responded to the updated indictment and maintain that the rapper is innocent of the charges.

"Mr. Combs has said it before and will say it again: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY," Agnifilo said in a statement issued Thursday.

"(Combs) looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will," Agnifilo continued.

He added, "Many former employees stand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work, and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses."

As the "Bad Boy For Life" rapper continues fighting for his freedom, his children are reportedly spending his money on luxurious items and trips.

According to the New York Post, a source shared that his children are spending his money on lavish island vacations and indulging in elaborate shopping sprees both within the country and abroad.

"They wanna look like ballers and project this image on Instagram and TikTok," the source explained. "But that's Diddy's money. I mean, maybe he gave them permission to spend it, but I doubt it since he's got all these people suing him."

Diddy's jet has seemingly gone on multiple local and international trips since he was arrested last September.

Some locations it has touched down include California, Hawaii, Texas, Florida, and several other states, as well as Mexico, Italy, India, Ireland, Canada, and St. Martin.

"Jet fuel ain't cheap," the source told the news outlet. "Every other day, these kids are getting on Puff's jet, and every time they do that, it costs him thousands — just for the f-cking fuel."

The embattled rapper shares seven children with four different women: Quincy, Justin, Christian, Chance, twins D'Lila and Jessie, and Love Sean.
