Crown Prince Hussein and his daughter Princess Iman are having a matching moment ahead of a big game!

On Thursday, Nov. 14, the 30-year-old heir to the Jordanian throne shared a behind-the-scenes look at his 3-month-old daughter as they prepared to watch a soccer match between Jordan's national team and Iraq.

In a snap shared to Instagram, Crown Prince Hussein — who shares Princess Iman with wife Princess Rajwa, also 30 — could be seen decked out in a black Jordan jersey, as his baby daughter wore a white onesie with the national team's logo embroidered on it.

The proud dad held up Princess Iman for the rare father-daughter snap and smiled directly at her, in what marked the family's first Instagram glimpse of her in nearly two months. "A little pre game snuggle," Crown Prince Hussein wrote in an Instagram caption in Arabic, before adding in English: "Iman right before the match today."

After Hussein and Rajwa got married on June 1, 2023, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that Princess Rajwa was pregnant 10 months later. Princess Iman was then born on Aug. 3 at King Hussein Medical Center. Just four days later, the proud parents posed for their first photos as a family of three.

"Heartfelt thanks to the dedicated personnel of the Royal Medical Services for their exceptional care over Rajwa and Iman during the past few days," Crown Prince Hussein wrote in a caption at the time, alongside images of the couple standing together and holding Princess Iman in a carrier as she slept soundly.

The baby marked King Abdullah and Queen Rania's first grandchild, and she shares a moniker with Crown Prince Hussein's 27-year-old sister Princess Iman, with the Arabic name meaning "belief" and "faith."

At the time, the Royal Hashemite Court confirmed in a statement that the newborn was given a royal title and HRH styling at birth, and would officially be known as Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II.

Princess Iman does not automatically follow her father in the line of succession. As previously noted, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's constitution dictates that the throne is hereditary to King Abdullah Ibn Al-Hussein's dynasty and passes through males, with Prince Hussein being followed by his 19-year-old brother, Prince Hashem.

"Iman, you’ve already got a hold of my heart. Our family has never been happier!" Queen Rania wrote in her own Instagram caption following Princess Iman's birth.

Since she was born, Princess Iman has been treated to birthday cuddles with her grandmother, a sweet tribute from her, and has already shared a father-daughter moment on social media before with her dad.

Before this week, Crown Prince Hussein shared his last solo snap with Princess Iman on Aug. 19, when he could be seen pictured on Instagram in his military fatigues as he held up his newborn, who was wearing a matching pink onesie and hat.

"The best morning before work," Hussein captioned the snap in Arabic on Instagram. "With my precious one," he added in English.
