The Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver was caught doing an unusual thing on the bench in the midst of Philadelphia’s playoff game. A.J. Something that Brown said after the game is something he does often. “It gives me a sense of peace,” Brown said. “That’s a book I bring every single game. “My teammates call it The Recipe. “That’s the first time I heard that y’all got me on camera. It got a lot of points in there, a lot of mental parts about it. “For me, this game is mental. “I can do anything and everything, now I got to make sure I’m mentally good. “It’s something how I refresh every drive, regardless if I score a touchdown or drop a pass. I always go back to that book every drive and just refocus.” Brown finished with one of his worst games of his careerGetty Tom Brady mentioned that it wasn’t the strangest thing he’s seen on a sideline. “I haven’t seen too many people read books,” Brady said. “But I’ve seen a quarterback eat a hot dog.” No harm, no foul. It was a defensive slugfest between the two teams, with very little offense. Philadelphia will now wait to see who they draw in the next round.
