NFL star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes have welcomed their third child.

The couple announced their new family addition via a social media post on Monday with many fans congratulating them on their newest arrival.

Brittany and Patrick tied the knot in March 2022 and already share two kids, a daughter named Sterling and a son named Bronze, who they welcomed in February 2021, and November 2022, respectively.

They shared a picture of their hands cradling their newborn's daughter's feet alongside a caption that read, "Golden Raye Mahomes. 1/12/2025."

They shared an adorable video set to Bruno Mars' "Count on You," that showed off Brittany's ultrasounds.

The lovely couple was joined by their kids, Sterling and Bronze, who looked joyful as they helped their parents make the announcement.

However, they didn't reveal their baby's sex in the post.

After Brittany and Patrick failed to reveal their third baby's gender in the pregnancy announcement, there was so much anticipation among their fans as many wondered if they were having a boy or a girl.

The couple put their fans' anxiety to a rest a few days later when they shared a gender reveal video that also featured their son and daughter.

In the cute video, Sterling played Tic-tac-toe by flipping over tiles to discover her unborn sibling's gender. The X tiles were pink to indicate a girl child, while the O tiles were blue.

After several flips, Sterling finally lined up three pink X tiles in a row, revealing that she would be having a baby sister.

Following the gender reveal, Brittany and Patrick screamed in joy while the pink powder spray went into the air, adding a colorful scene.

Brittany Mahomes Enjoys Motherhood

The arrival of baby number three will be so pleasing for Brittany, who has previously spoken about how much she enjoys being a mother and cherishes spending time with her kids and watching them grow.

In a March 2024 interview with SheKnows, she revealed that her love for motherhood began as a child.

Brittany shared, "I think I've been called to be a mom ever since I was little. Just seeing my kids grow up and the things they're learning and the things they're taking from their dad."

She added, "When we have first experiences with them, taking them somewhere, seeing them happy and lit up and in good spirits when we do stuff, is probably the biggest thing that I enjoy."

Brittany And Patrick's Relationship History

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes met when they went to high school together in Texas and have been dating since then.

They faced difficulties when they went to different colleges after high school but stayed together despite the distance between them.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback proposed to his longtime sweetheart on September 1, 2020. The proposal was held in a suite in Arrowhead Stadium the day he received his Superbowl LIV championship ring.

The couple married on March 12, 2022, and became parents for the first time when Sterling was born in February 2021, a year before their marriage. Bronze arrived in November 2022.

Patrick is enjoying his NFL career but remains thankful to his wife, who is a certified personal trainer, for holding it down for him while he does his thing on the football field.

He gushed over Brittany's mothering skills when he appeared on the "Impaulsive" podcast in May 2024.

Patrick said, "I think people don't even realize how much she does. I mean, taking care of the day-to-day stuff and make it where I can focus on football and focus on my craft and everything like that."

He added, "She's a Hall of Fame mom and a Hall of Fame wife, which makes it a lot easier. I mean, when you get to come home and your best friend's there and you can just hang out, it makes you want to be there all the time and she pushes me to be great and she's done a lot of great things herself."
