The pricing of the 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 was announced by General Motors on Thursday. The automaker also confirmed that the order books for its latest sports car will open in mid-February.
Chevrolet transformed America’s favorite sports car into a superior supercar that boasts 1,064 horsepower and 828 pound-feet of torque produced by a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends all the power to the rear wheels.
All ZR1 models come standard with the same powertrain. The base 1LZ coupe starts at $174,995, while the 1LZ convertible is priced at $184,995, both prices including a $1,695 destination charge. Upgrading to the 3LZ adds heated and cooled Nappa leather seats (with the option to add sport seats), plus a front camera, a four-speaker Bose audio system, and additional driver aids. The 3LZ trim raises the price to $185,995 for the ZR1 coupe and $195,995 for the convertible.
There’s also a Carbon Fiber Aero Package priced at $8,495 that adds a high-downforce rear wing, front dive planes, underbody strakes, and a front hood spoiler—together generating up to 1,200 pounds of downforce, according to Chevrolet. The Carbon Fiber Aero Package also works as a prerequisite for the ZTK Performance Package, which includes stiffer springs, magnetic damper calibration, and near-slick Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires for spirited driving on the racetrack.
The 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is fastest car ever built by an American auto manufacturer, capable of a 233 miles-per-hour maximum. The base model can achieve a do 0-60 mph run in 2.5 seconds and dominate a quarter-mile in 9.7 seconds. Adding the Carbon Fiber Aero Package and ZTK Performance Package unlocks the ZR1’s best quarter-mile time of 9.6 seconds and 0-60 mph time of 2.3 seconds, making the ZR1 the quickest Corvette ever to roll out of the factory.
“ZR1 is an example of design and engineering excellence, one where we push the boundaries of what’s possible in terms of performance,” said Scott Bell, vice president of global Chevrolet. “It was important for us to stay true to Corvette’s promise of a vehicle whose world-class capabilities completely outmatch its price.”
Chevrolet ZR1 production will begin in the second quarter of this year at the Bowling Green, Kentucky, plant.
